All orders are professionally fulfilled through Framology and shipped directly from the provider to your home.
Once your order is placed, production and fulfillment are handled by Frameology’s printing and framing team to ensure quality packaging and delivery. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, customization, and destination.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by holidays, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
